Bro. Jimmy Cates
Bro. Jimmy Cates, a faithful 63-year-old pastor, had a sudden and very serious pancreatic attack. Following tests, surgery, three days in the ICU and 12 days in a regular room, he was released from the hospital. He had no insurance. The following is comments and excerpts from the thank you letter Bro. Jimmy wrote:”Wall of Grace helped negotiate my original hospital bill of over $60,000 down to under $20,000. Bro. Larry Holly sponsored a benefit at Shiloh Baptist Church; Bro. Fred Morris preached and then handed me a $10,000 check from Wall of Grace and, when added to the $5,000 offering that was taken in the service and a few additional checks from brothers in the faith, the hospital bill that I expected to pay on for the rest of my life was paid in full!
